If you require access to a folder you cannot access please email the folder name and location to email@example.com and a member of our team will check the request with our point of contact and if approved update your account with the required permissions.
If you have accidentally deleted a file please email the file name and location to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and a member of the team will check the backups.
